1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of webglobals.com, the Web Globals business portal and all services provided by Web Globals, M-257, 2nd Floor, Camp No. 3, Near Surajmal Stadium Metro Station, Nangloi, Delhi 110041 (“we”, “us”). By using the website, creating an account, submitting a form or paying for any service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

We provide digital marketing services, including social media optimization (SMO), search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn, content and creatives, websites and landing pages, lead generation, and a business listing portal. The exact scope for each client is set out in the package description, proposal or written confirmation shared before payment.

3. Packages, pricing and billing

• Package fees are payable monthly in advance. Work starts after payment is received.
• All prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged extra at 18%.
• Package fees cover our services only. Ad spend is not included and is billed separately as described in section 4.
• Unused deliverables in a month (for example, posts not approved by you in time) do not carry forward unless we agree in writing.
• We may revise prices with at least 15 days’ notice; revised prices apply from your next billing cycle.

4. Ads management, 20% platform fee and GST

• The ad amount for each campaign must be between ₹500 and ₹20,000 per day.
• The ad budget is spent on the relevant ad platform (Facebook, Google, etc.). It is either paid by you directly to the platform or paid to us in advance to fund the campaign, as agreed.
• The 20% platform fee applies for every day a campaign is scheduled to run, is payable in advance along with the ad budget for the period, and applies whether the campaign is requested through the portal, a form or directly.
• If you increase or decrease your daily budget, the platform fee changes accordingly from the date of the change.
• Ad platforms may reject, limit or disable ads or accounts under their own policies. We are not responsible for platform decisions, outages, billing or policy changes, but we will help you resolve them where possible.
• Ad spend already consumed by the platform and platform fees for days that have run are non-refundable.

5. No refunds

Once a package or service is purchased, no refund will be provided. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details, including how to stop future renewals.

6. Business portal

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Listing a business is free. You confirm that you own or are authorised to represent the business you list, and that the listing content is true, lawful and does not infringe anyone’s rights.
• We may edit, hide or remove any listing or content that is misleading, unlawful, offensive, spam, or that breaches these Terms, without prior notice.
• Campaign requests submitted through the portal show “Waiting for approval” until our team reviews them. We may approve, request changes to, or decline any campaign (for example, if it breaches advertising platform policies). A campaign becomes a binding order once approved and paid.
• The ad amount for each campaign must be between ₹500 and ₹20,000 per day. Every campaign is billed as ad amount + 20% platform fee + 18% GST on the ad amount.
• Portal plans: the Free plan includes up to 8 images, 2 videos and dashboard colour options. The Pro plan — included with any Basic, Silver or Platinum package — includes up to 40 images, 10 videos, 8 dashboard designs and a personal account manager. Pro features end if the package is not renewed.
• Insights and leads in your dashboard come from the ad platforms and may be delayed or differ slightly from the platforms’ own dashboards; the platforms’ own reporting is the final reference.
• The directory is provided “as is”. We do not verify every detail submitted by businesses and are not a party to any transaction between visitors and listed businesses.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide timely access to accounts (such as Facebook Business, Google Ads, website, Google Business Profile), brand assets, approvals and information.
• Ensure your products, services, offers and claims are lawful and that you hold all required licences.
• Review and approve content within 3 working days; delays may affect timelines and deliverables.
• Not ask us to run misleading, prohibited or unlawful advertising.

8. No guaranteed results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, competition, market conditions and platform algorithms. We will use professional skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, followers or return on ad spend. Any projections we share are estimates, not promises.

9. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final creatives and content we produce specifically for you. We retain ownership of our templates, tools, processes and pre-existing materials, and may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. You grant us a licence to use your logos, images and content to deliver the services. All content on this website belongs to Web Globals unless stated otherwise.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Globals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the service fees you paid to us for that service in the one month before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop renewing a package by giving at least 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date. We may suspend or end services or your account if payments are overdue, if you breach these Terms, or if continuing would expose us to legal or platform risk. Amounts already paid are not refundable on termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. If it is not resolved within 30 days, the courts at Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction.
