FAQ
Ads management questions
What is the 20% platform fee and 18% GST?
The 20% platform fee is our management fee for running your campaign, and 18% GST is added as per law — both calculated on the ad amount you set. A ₹500 ad costs ₹500 + ₹100 fee + ₹90 GST = ₹690. The ad budget itself is spent on the ad platform (Facebook, Google, etc.).
What are the minimum and maximum ad amounts?
Each campaign’s ad amount must be between ₹500 and ₹20,000 per day. The 20% platform fee and 18% GST are added on top of the ad amount. Need a bigger budget? Run multiple campaigns or talk to your account manager.
Whose ad account is used?
We prefer to run campaigns in your own Facebook Business and Google Ads accounts, with us added as partners, so you always own your data, pixels and audiences.
Can I pause or change my budget?
Yes. You can request to pause, increase or decrease your budget at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Fees already charged for days that have run are non-refundable.
Do you guarantee a number of leads or sales?
No honest agency can guarantee results, because they depend on your offer, market and platform algorithms. We do guarantee proper setup, daily attention and transparent reporting.
