1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Web Globals (“Web Globals”, “we”, “us”, “our”), with its office at M-257, 2nd Floor, Camp No. 3, Near Surajmal Stadium Metro Station, Nangloi, Delhi 110041, India, collects and processes personal data when you visit webglobals.com, use our business portal, or buy our services. We act as the “Data Fiduciary” for this data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as health data, biometrics, or financial account passwords. Card and UPI details are handled directly by the payment provider; we do not see or store them.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and prepare growth plans, quotes and proposals;
- To create and manage your portal account, publish your business listing and process campaign or service requests;
- To deliver our services, including running ads on third-party platforms on your behalf;
- To send invoices, service updates and important notices about your account;
- To improve our website and services using aggregated analytics (only if you consent);
- To prevent spam, fraud and misuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
We send marketing messages only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or emailing info@webglobals.com.
4. Consent and legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form, create an account or accept analytics cookies, and for certain legitimate uses permitted by the DPDP Act, such as fulfilling a service you requested or complying with law. You may withdraw consent at any time; this will not affect processing already carried out, but we may be unable to continue providing some services.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- Advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn and others) to run campaigns you request — their own privacy policies apply;
- Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics (Google Analytics, only with consent), payment gateways and cloud storage;
- Public directory visitors, for business listing details you choose to publish;
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Some providers may process data outside India. Where this happens, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards and comply with any restrictions notified under the DPDP Act.
6. Business portal data
Your listing information (business name, category, city, address, phone, WhatsApp, website, hours, services and description) is public when you choose to publish it. You can edit, hide or delete it anytime from your dashboard. Campaign and service requests are shared with our team so we can review, approve and carry them out. Your Web Globals team (including your assigned account manager) can view and manage your dashboard to deliver the service.
Leads from your ads: for people who submit your ad lead forms, you are the business they are contacting; we process their details on your behalf only to show them in your dashboard and exports. You are responsible for contacting them lawfully and honouring any request to stop.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use essential storage to keep the site and your portal session working. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are loaded only after you click “Accept” in our cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime via “Cookie Settings” in the footer. See our Cookie Policy.
8. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 12 months after the last contact;
- Client, contract and invoice records: as long as required under tax and company laws (generally 8 years);
- Portal accounts: until you delete your account, plus up to 30 days in backups;
- Analytics data: up to 14 months, in line with our analytics settings.
9. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, hashed passwords, spam protection and reputable service providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
10. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
- Correct, complete, update or erase your personal data;
- Withdraw consent at any time;
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity;
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.
To exercise these rights, email info@webglobals.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Portal users can also download or delete their data from the Profile section of the dashboard.
11. Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated by email.
